to be honest I think the book deserve a lower rating than 3 stars. but I don't want to discourage other people who might suffer from this addiction to read this book or any other book as a mean of getting help. just keep in mind there are better books about the subject out there.
first the story teller speaks in a very emotional way, which I think is not appropriate for such a sensitive subject. second he spends some time telling small unnecessary details. third he focuses too much on two types of sex addiction but didn't talk about many other subtypes at all.
I wiah the author have spent more time talking about the therapy.
