I’d been awed by Earth’s wonders before, but she was different. And not just because she is a witch. There was something about the way she looked at me with those bright blue eyes - as if she could see right through me, deep into my very soul.
As much as I know I should walk away, that it's forbidden for angels to become entangled with humans...I can’t. The longer I stay on Earth, the more I feel for the woman, the closer I come to giving in to my temptations. Every stolen glance leaves me more dissatisfied. I want more than just her body - I want her.
