Ok, viele andere Authorinnen (ja, auch Authoren) könnten stolz auf dieses Buch sein, aber von Anne McCaffrey hätte ich, als langjähriger Fan, mehr erwartet. Alles in allem eine nette Geschichte, natürlich recht feminin, die alles hat, was eine gute Geschichte hat: Aliens, Intrigen, sympathische Helden, unsympathische Feinde, feindliche Natur. Nur so etwas wie ein Spannungsbogen ist nicht dabei. Die Geschichte plätschert gemütlich vor sich hin, und irgendwann ist sie halt vorbei. Da kann auch die wirklich gute Sprecherin nichts retten!
