    Good introduction

    Of course no one will become a master negotiator in 2 hours. So as a buyer you should not expect this. I liked the narrator and also the content. It is a good introduction into the topic but doesn’t go into detail and includes a lot of information that you can find in other places as well. All in all, it was worth the two hours hence the good rating.
