From her beginnings through Spiritualism, and experiences with both physical and mental mediumship, theologian Rev. Alyson Dunlop Shanes describes her mystic journey. Astral projection and time travel were eventually achieved, although it took years of yoga, meditation, and eventually veganism. The latter produced a spontaneous experience, allowing Alyson to see into another realm and communicate with beings some call Pleiadians.
