The Cita, who worship knowledge and possess the power to read minds, and the winged Zille, who manipulate living forces, attend an intergalactic peace conference. They are joined by the blue-skinned Tavon, who worship darkness and use magnetic fields for evil, and the Inola, shapeshifters who maintain cosmic balance with their ability to fold time and space. The Dagara, peace-loving humanoids with superhuman strength and a powerful military, also participate. News breaks that the Tavon have accidentally uncovered an ancient weapon on a distant planet capable of annihilating all life. The discovery sets off a desperate race to prevent the Tavon from using it.
