Maybe the Bible does not say how to perform miracles.
Or maybe it does !
"May God's will be done on earth like in Heaven" and "Do this in Remembrance of Me" are the pointers on how to do them.
It is not my judgement on who shall be healed. It is God who is doing Miracles and not my Ego.
Judgement is not of God. God gave you the ability to judge because you brought yourself in a position where you have forgotten what God and what good is.
Judgement should help you to choose and learn but not to judge others.
