I found some of the information in this audiobook helpful but in general the book annoyed me. Christiane Northrup makes stupid jokes and I find they are not really suitable for an international audience but more for North Americans. I do not like the affirmations, the interval music or the canned laughter. She tells people to change habits that I think some people would not be able to change, especially if they have addictions. I wish the book had a more natural and down to earth approach, exploring more of the inner work one can do to accompany menopause.
