This is my first pregnancy and I spent weeks going through recommendations of books around pregnancy and childbirth from a spiritual aspect.
This book is hands down a gift to every pregnant woman who seeks to have a deep emotional and spiritual connection not just to her unborn baby but to herself as a pregnant woman.
I have had and still have a difficult pregnancy. I suffer from severe nausea and pregnancy depressions and this book has truly given me so much guidance and bliss to connect with my self and my baby despite the physical and mental challenges I am facing. It is offering plenty of varieties of tips and rituals so there is something for everyone. Thank you for this book! It has transformed my pregnancy!
