Ryan Carter, an overworked paramedic, stumbles into Hart & Bloom, a flower shop, in search of a last-minute birthday gift for his sister. There, he meets Holly Hart, a florist with a quiet strength and a warm sense of humor. Despite his exhaustion, something about Holly—and her massive dog, Tank—grounds him in a way he hasn’t felt in years.
After their first meeting, Ryan keeps finding reasons to return, convincing himself it’s just for the flowers. But as their easy banter turns into something more, he finally asks Holly out. Their first date is interrupted by a call, a harsh reminder of his unpredictable job. The closer they grow, the more Holly struggles with the fear of losing him, pushing him away when an accident lands him in the hospital.
But love has a way of pulling people back. With a little help from Tank, Ryan refuses to let Holly run, proving that love, like flowers, thrives when given the chance to bloom.
