I'm not really sure what this book has to do with NLP.

The main theme is: "Leaders are leaders and if you want to be a leader then be a leader. But stay focused and consider everything what you have to consider to be a good leader and make things right, which means that you better don't do them wrong and look around you and perceive what you are looking at and make the right choice of what you are looking at because looking at the wrong things might be a waste of time, so better do it right the first time or learn from doing it wrong the first time or you might do it wrong a second time and so on and so on and so on.
