The Benning Heights Crew aka the Street Soldiers has survived an expansion attempt by their Prince George's County rivals, the Smoking Guns. Taking out the well-seasoned crew of drug-dealing killers has allowed the Street Soldiers to expand their operation across DC and into PG County. But there's no rest for the wicked, before the Soldiers can catch a breath, a new enemy steps forth, intent on taking back everything the Smoking Guns lost and everything the Street Soldiers have. This new enemy has the man power, the money and a sadistic mean streak that will test the mettle of the young upstarts from Benning Heights.

Another enemy the Soldiers must contend with is Effie Hudson, a former prostitute turned madam, who is hellbent on reclaiming the runaway stable of prostitutes who have sought refuge with the Street Soldiers as well as avenging the deaths of her brother, Brandon and her Pimp and lover, Duke. Both killed at the hands of a Street Soldier. The beef with the Smoking Guns and their new enemy was business but the dispute with Hoodtown has become extremely personal. The hatred and animosity between the two crosstown crews led directly to the most brazenly violent gun battle the city has ever seen.

With scores of Hoodtown enforcers dead and Sean Kaine in police custody can the Street Soldiers withstand the onslaught of their enemies? Can Sean make it out of DC Jail alive when he's surrounded by enemies? And where does the Commission come in? Are they involved or is there something more going on? Only time will tell who dies.
