Maybe a bit over the top. However, the story is well written and thrilling as usual. A few unexpected twists keep the story interesting.

Well written, as usual

due to the new reader it was hard at first to get into the story but ultimately I was able to get used to a different "Victor" than I had known before.
during the story Peter Noble got closer to the Daniel Philpott impression that I liked so much.

Eventually I came to like it both the story and the speaker.

A different experience

The book was amazing, another great story about Victor. but the narrator was a bad chose, it's a shame they changed it. Peter
Noble is good and easy to listen to but not as a Victor. Noble makes the victor sound like a very old man, who is always smoking and the smoke gets into the eyes which makes Victor sound odd. The accents are also not great. Noble would be suited as a cowboy, not as a calm, calculated assassin.
