Driven by his delusions of world conquest, he negotiated the purchase of a squadron of American fighter jets and the controlling interest in a former Soviet ICBM factory. He began building the largest private militia on the planet - over one million Africans strong.

Simultaneously, Amodeo hired an international black-ops force to orchestrate a coup in the Congo, while plotting to take over several small Eastern European countries.

The most disturbing part of it all is, had the US government not thwarted his plans, Amodeo might have just pulled it off.
