In All Seriousness…Totally Funny Bible Stories is a book full of funny, entertaining, laugh out-loud stories that God has given us as loving gifts. The gift of humor shows how fallible all humans are, and is a gift of gentle acceptance as God does not expect perfection from us. It is also the gift of God's Word which provides many examples of people in the Bible who made mistakes. Some learned from their mistakes, and some did not. The listener vicariously learns through other people's mistakes how to avoid the same pitfalls by simply heeding God's words and instructions.
You will never again view the Word as "just a stiff and boring book of rules and regulations". After listening to this enjoyable book, you will crave more of God's humorous, life-giving words in the actual Bible. You'll also want a relationship with God and to have his presence and anointing guide your life.
As a bonus, the author includes wonderful songs, movies, and TV references correlating to a biblical story or Bible character and ties up each chapter with a summary of lessons learned. In All Seriousness…Totally Funny Bible Stories will be a go-to book for lighthearted Bible humor and valuable life lessons as well as a must-see movie and TV recommendation guide.
