Uses story telling to create a memorable picture of how immune system works. Fun and engaging with good analogies.

Easy to understand

Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es in ein paar Minuten noch einmal.
Inhaltlich fantastisch und ich kann gar nicht genug sagen, wie sehr ich mich freue, auf diesem Wege mehr über dieses unfassbare Thema gelernt zu haben. Ich empfehle das Buch oft, gerade weil es mit so vielen allgemeinen Bauernweisheiten und Fehlinformationen ein bisschen "aufräumt". Davon kann man gerade n der Pandemiezeit gar nicht genug haben.

Die Performance in der englischen Version ist hervorragend und es macht einfach Spaß zuzuhören. Das kleine "Aber" aus der Überschrift bezieht sich auf viele kleine Pausen, die oftmals mitten im Satz sind. Das klingt irgendwie so, als wenn dort ein Schnitt erfolgte aber die Pause zwischen den beiden Abschnitten dann einfach etwas zu lang gelassen wurde. Es fiel mir auf jeden Fall öfters auf, stört aber nicht so arg.

Alles in allem ein tolles Buch, was ich mir aufgrund der Illustrationen und weil ich es meinem Vater geben möchte, auch noch mal als Printversion kaufen werde :)
