this is a quick and good quide to the basics of meditation - with practice meditations at the end of each section which are kept short tough to keep you as the listener always interested - I listened at a speed of 1.10 that made it more energetic to listen to it - but just my opinion - you can listen to it - at the pace of your own choosing.... simply enjoy

I came up to listen to this book by accident and was delighted. Now I try to meditate every day. And see, it works, as I know now how to do this and what is important to have a good/efficient meditation.
So, may be at the end it was not an accident?!
