With a master’s degree in computer science, Luba started her career as a software engineer with little confidence, but over the years, she has excelled. The unique insights and abilities she has gained over her career have led her to agile coaching, facilitation, leadership, and digital transformation. While working full-time as a senior lead consultant at Apex Systems, she founded RALM3 Consulting LLC, focusing on public speaking and facilitation.
