I guess there's only so much you can do in a hut in the woods of the Scottish Highlands, but an outing to the city or something to loosen up the plot would have been good. And that includes the many scenes of physical intimacy. The performance is overly dramatic, which can grate on your nerves after a while, and the voice acting us, I'm sorry to say, abominable. The hero sounds like a cackling old hag and for that alone, being completely emasculated and it takes away the romance. It kills all romantic notions, to be precise. This would work much better as a book, but still, not really worth it.
