Overall I do like the book and it’s read by a pleasant voice. Yet there is a lot of practical information and recipes which are hard to remember. For the length of a good 3 hrs at this price, it would be nice to have an accompanying pdf with the recipes etc. As much as I prefer listening to audio books over reading, this time I regret not having bought this as a book.
