Linda Tirado hat völlig recht mit ihrer Abrechnung mit dem nordamerikanischen Sozialsystem. Der Text ist bösartig, lustig, interessant und sehr beeindruckend. Trotzdem bereue ich es, das Buch nicht gelesen, sondern als Hörbuch gekauft zu haben, vorgetragen von der Autorin. Sie liest sehr schnell, fast hektisch, was die Aggressivität ihrer Aussagen unnötig verstärkt. Nach ein paar Kapiteln ging mir das Gehetze von einem Schimpfwort zum nächsten dann doch sehr auf die Nerven, ich brauche nun erst ein Mal eine Pause, bevor ich mir die letzten Kapitel anhöre. Wichtiges Thema, sie ist jemand, der unbedingt gehört werden muss, darum vier Sterne. Trotzdem wünschte ich mir, ich fände sie sympathischer, so dass ich mir nicht jedes Argument mühsam aufknacken muss.
