Gentle Yoga Stretches is a 62 minute Yin Style guided yoga session. This session contains a series of held floor based postures that are held for several minutes. This style of yoga releases deep set tension that may have built up over many years. It greatly increases flexibility and joint mobility.
Gentle Yoga Stretches is suitable for those with or without previous yoga experience. The session provides balance to todays fast moving way of life, it will allow you to deeply relax and experience meditative stillness, whilst removing tension and regulating energy flow.
Gentle Yoga Stretches has been devised and narrated by Sue Fuller, a leading yoga teacher and writer. Sue is a course author for the British School of Yoga and a regular columnist for natural Health and the Yoga Magazine. Sue has been teaching yoga since 1995.

Helps me a great deal
Yin style yoga class of a bit more than an hour. I caught some fascial pain lasting several days in the beginning when doing too much. Now I found the right dose. It ist a nearly meditative class to me that I can do also on days I am not fit enough for other workout.
