About the author: Dennis Jernigan is a songwriter and author, who, with his wife, Melinda, makes his home in Northeastern Oklahoma very near where these stories were first inspired. They have raised nine children together and are presently enjoying their first wave of grandchildren. Known foremost for his Christian praise music, Jernigan has extended his creativity to the realm of authoring books. He says that fantasy reached him with hope during a very rough period of his life and feels a sense of urgency to write stories that will inspire others.
