This is simply a list of phrases read out loud with pauses in-between for repetition. Wouldn't have been that bad, were the phrases somehow more sensible. The first list seems to be prepared for men who are looking to pick up a date in a bar: "Who are you with?" - "I'm with my wife", "I'm with my girlfriend", "I'm alone", "I'm married", "I'm single". And that wouldn't have been that bad, were the alternative phrases given for female listeners.
