I didn't know Tor Thom or Fiona Clare before listening to this duet, but I'll definitely take a look at what else they have narrated so far. They rocked this book and really brought the characters to life.
As for the story - well this book belongs into a smutty college world where the rich elite has their own rules and as owners of Rothford University (and really half the town), they can enforce their rules as they wish. That's something that goody little two-shoes Claire gets to experience herself when she drops the ball and opens her mouth at the wrong moment, twice.
If you like college-aged, smutty stories with some stalking and coercion, take a chance on this audiobook. You won't be disappointed. This book is a standalone, though it belongs to the wider world of Emm Darcy's Heritage series. You can just start with this book, because seeing as Claire is completely new to the town many things get explained to her and others she has to experience for herself. So as a reader/listener it's perfect to learn alongside Claire.
You can run, you can hide, you won't escape me - but Claire, if you must, feel free to scream...
