    I love it

    I can endlessly listen to Tich's calming voice. the word hits your souritual core directly. I love his books. Also check out his table calender... amazing wisdom.

    Practical advice on dealing with unwanted feelings

    Overall a good light listen. Short, practical advice based on Buddhist values and practices. The narrator has easy to follow, soothing voice. I am definitely will practice some of the excercises given to overcome feelings of fear/anxiety.

    recomand to listen to books "read" by Thay

    Great teaching but i would recomand to listen to books "read" by Thich Nhat Hanh himself! He is wonderful!
