the story of a young lady fleeing her former life with a false identity is trite, the whole setting in a mafia-like underground organisation far fetched. although i did not find the book boring, i missed any plot twists. the end comes quite abrupt as if the author ran out of ideas.
unfortunately i was not impressed by the speaker as well, it seems she can only perform two kinds of voices, a male and a female one.
