I found out about Dr. Anthony G. Jay via his YouTube channel Chagrin&Tonic where he makes excellent science based health videos and this book is no exception. Everything he presents is evidence based and backed up with scientific studies, however it is written in easy to understand language and he explains everything so no worries if you're not into science. The facts he presents will definitely shock you.
I will definitely be following his plan and am excited to see what happens to my body.
