Mac Hurstwood is dealing again, but the cartels have their own agenda. When his contact, Manuel, is murdered perilously close to home in Capitol Hill, Mac heeds his warning to leave Washington State, fleeing north into British Columbia, leaving behind his bewildered sister, Gwen. Now that his daredevil ways with motorcycles and fast women are on hold, Mac discovers hired assassins are determined to see his demise. With the DEA and FBI desperate to uncover evidence amidst the turmoil, he reaches deep inside - rediscovering the dormant skills he'll need to triumph. Mac and Gwen's bond is strained - Gwen searches for answers through an investigator and famed local psychic, while Mac helps an innovative miner, tapping his inner strength in the pristine expanse of the Yukon. Escape proves elusive as he confronts MS-13 killers - testing his limits, enclosed in a precarious death trap.
