Mars has gifts to offer, and Earth has much in return - if delivery can be arranged!
The telepathic beings on Mars know that Earth is sending a probe to their planet and anxiously await its arrival. For you see, only 900 of them are left, and Earth is their only means of survival. They have much to offer Earth in return. But will the connection be made? Listen and find out.
Frederic Brown wrote many short, quirky, and wildly imaginative sci-fi stories like this one, and he is acknowledged as one of the best sci-fi writers of the 20th century. One of his stories, Arena, is officially credited as being adapted for an episode of the landmark television series Star Trek.
