Why does everybody in this series seem to be thick as a plank?! The story seems okay, but the characters are just clueless. Kayle seems to be the most intelligent and mist powerful doormat ever. It's obviously written for adolescents, the interaction between the characters is very childish. Unfortunately that spoils an otherwise great fictional world. Derek Perkins is awesome though.
