The audiobook was originally created as a record for the author's grandchildren, ready for the day when they were all grown up in mind, body, and spirit. She hoped her perceptions on life would one day sow a seed of curiosity within them, thus encouraging them to set off on their own individual journey of discovery. However, her family's encouragement prompted the author to share her personal record with a wider audience.
