This feels as if a child tried to write an adult story. The actions and behavior of the characters in this story make no sense except if they lost half their brain matter before the story began or it could be that these characters are ment to sound like over the top caricatures from comic books. And then in addition to those problems we have a protagonist who is protrayed as competent, logical and able to do what has to be done, but every time he could easily end the threat from the obvious bad guys by killing them he let's them go with a stern warning. Wich makes the protagonist the worst villain of the story since he lets other ppl suffer just so he can safe his own innocence.
