But then it got interesting, a new world, stuff to explore and new people to meet!
Till the MC stupid attitude got him into trouble, so the story could progress faster.
Till the MC found his DEUS EX MACHINA device, as seen in the splash art.
Till it just all became "yeah struggle, ima just suck on this, Every Problem will solve itself, as my plot armor is so thick!".
I do like these cheesy power tropes normaly. The whole Heroes Journey thing is common.
Weak> Gets Power somehow> Beats bad guy> Find out there's someone stronger that has some beef now with you > rinse and repeat. With some chill moments in between.
But i don't like it when the MC is a whiny big mouthed loser xD. He and "WARCRY!!!" are copys of each other literally. I just wish the author had taken more time and somehow put more effort into growing his MC. The sidecharacters where all quite good and interesting. I bet by book 4 or 5 ... he's an evil looking skeleton warrior with most of his flesh gone. While still being an whiny big mouthed loser.
