Brain surgeon Russell is confronted with an impossible choice. His eight-year-old daughter has been kidnapped by terrorists, and, unless he agrees to their demands, they plan to bury her alive. Russell must create a computer than uses brain activity to maneuver a robot, which the terrorists plan to use for their own violent purposes.
