A young woman's body is discovered on a deserted footpath.

Es tut mir immer Leid für den Autor, wenn er seine Sache eigentlich gut gemacht hat, aber das Hörbuch wegen einer schlechten Sprecherin nur schwierig zu verdauen ist. Ich hatte einen seichten Krimi gesucht und hiermit gefunden. Würde auch gerne hören wie es weiter geht. Aber bei der Sprecherin ist das echt eine Zumutung!

Since the narrator did not manage to capture me in chapter 1, I didn't make it to the end. Who knows, maybe with a better, more lively narrating style, it would have been a good listen.

The plot is okay(ish) - a somewhat slow police procedural, nothing fancy or exciting, but entertaining enough. The audiobook is completely ruined by the narrator, though - she's awful. She over-pronounces everything; it's like she's reading to someone who is hard of hearing... or so someone who understands very little English, and she wants to make sure that he/she can easily look up every single word she says.

Sorry, this is a firm 'no' from me. Couldn't finish the audiobook, the narrator annoyed me too much.
