    good book, but I had wished for more concrete tips

    good book, but I had wished for more concrete tips on how to apply. I do have to say that instead I found the answers in her app neurocycle which is also by Dr. Caroline leaf. The app "neurocycle " (formerly Switch App)is by far the best Investment.But her book is also definitely worth the Money and in Combination it was Life and Mond changing. Thank you Dr. Leaf!
