Die Handlung ist vielleicht nicht wirklich überraschend, aber die persönliche Geschichte der Hauptfiguren ist interessant und glaubwürdig dargestellt und wird prima vorgelesen. Ich hab das Hörbuch an zwei Tagen durchgehört und würde es jederzeit nochmal hören. Bitte noch mehr von Andrea Bramhall. Endlich mal lesbische Romane, die neben der Liebesgeschichte auch eine interessante und spannende Handlung haben.

I usually adore everything Andrea Bramhall writes but this story just wasn't for me. I felt it was too black and white, pretty predictable from early on and the romance crossed the border to cliché just a few times too often. I also felt like I was being told things like the author couldn't be bothered to describe it for me as a reader (listener in this case) to figure it out for myself. Maybe most importantly, I felt like major steps in Morgan coming to terms with her memory loss were lacking which made the whole story seem implausible to me: shouldn't she be absorbing personal facts about her loved ones? Keep asking them questions? shouldn't she be interested in who her wife is as a person instead of just relying on her blind love? and why isn't she concerned about her financial situation and career throughout the first half of the book?
