Most romantic books about women falling in love end with the confession of love and maybe a little epilogue. The Author lets us take part in a development in the relationship over 20 years. She tells what can happen in life, how small omissions, misunderstandings, avoidances... lead to problems that are not automatically eliminated by the existing love. She tells of childhood wounds that, despite reflection and the feeling of having left them behind, continue to have an effect from the underground; how alcohol gradually becomes a comforter and thus a problem; of the fact that a lot can be endured with love and turned to good again. Great! I don't understand why this book from the Pink Bean series hasn't been translated into German...
And again, Excellent read by Angela Dawe!
