This book has always been one of my absolute favourites, and it's quite lovely to have it read to me. Angela Goethals does that beautifully, subtly and with a lot of feeling. I have always wondered why it has never been made into a film. I really admire the amazingly thorough knowledge of ballet that Edward Stewart shows.
