Baby Snooks was forever asking questions about whatever enterprise her "Daddy" was foolish enough to attempt around the house. With the fiendishly funny Fanny Brice as Snooks and the great straight man Hanley Stafford as Daddy, every scene is as irresistible as the urge to give the girl an answer. Poor old Daddy never did know when to call it a day. There was just something in him that could never leave well enough alone. Clearly the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. This collection includes 20 digitally restored and remastered sketches from the Good News of 1940 radio program, along with a bonus interview with Hanley Stafford.
Episodes Include: "Police Calls", 01-04-40; "Male Secretary", 01-11-40; "Chemistry", 01-18-40; "Buying a Pony", 01-25-40; "Family Tree", 02-01-40; "Making a Robot", 02-08-40; "Tax Returns", 02-15-40; "Missing Dollar", 02-22-40; "Best Man at Wedding", 02-29-40; "Baby Snooks Has Amnesia", 03-07-40; "Airplane Trip", 03-14-40; "Easter", 03-21-40; "Robespierre's Tooth", 03-28-40; "April Fool's Phone Call", 04-04-40; "Going to the Movies with Baby", 04-11-40; "Magic", 04-18-40; "Motor Court", 04-25-40; "Hospital Visit", 05-02-40; "Lies", 05-09-40; "Writing Jokes for Jack Benny", 05-16-40; and "Hanley Stafford Interview", 06-26-39.
