- Jason told his supervisor four words at 10:30 AM on December 3 before driving away and remaining unaccounted for forty-one hours.
- Bloodhounds trailed a strong, clean scent from the Sable Branch bridge and stopped forty yards downstream on a shallow gravel bar where the scent ended.
