- Emily clocked out of Harwell Distribution at 5:41 p.m. on January 9, 2019; her car was found three days later six miles west in the wrong direction with the keys on the driver’s seat.
- HVAC contractor Ross Petersen’s van logged entry to the Harwell lot at 4:55 p.m.-forty-six minutes past the official service window-and was present when Emily left.
- Coworker Marcus Obi recalled Petersen asking Emily twice in December where she parked after dark, a repeated question that later gained new significance.
