David George Haskell is a British and American biologist, writer, and a two-time Pulitzer Prize finalist in General Nonfiction. Haskell holds degrees from the University of Oxford (BA), Cornell University (PhD) and is Adjunct Professor in the Department of Environmental Sciences at Emory University in Atlanta.
