It will give him the chance to rectify the failure of his last mission with the DEA a few years ago, where the man they were after escaped and left several of Randall's colleagues dead. The man is now apparently selling a new type of heroin, which has reached the streets of Falcon City and has killed a young user. It will lead him to look insanity right in the face.
