When Arbor receives a priceless family heirloom on the night of his wedding, he is overjoyed. That joy is short-lived, however, when tragedy strikes.
With his sister captured by slavers and the rest of his family dead, Arbor must set out on an epic adventure to free her from captivity and avenge his family. He must also figure out the importance of his father's gift and why people are willing to kill for it.
Karria, for her part, has no intention of letting the slavers sell her off. With the help of an elf named Sylvester, she works to escape her captors and set out on an adventure all her own!
They both soon discover however, that the world is a much larger place than they thought. A world full of wonder, magic, and mythical beasts powerful enough to destroy entire nations!
