This book just put a big smile on my mouth!

Viper really came through with his sh** and I love him even more.
Halo is my guy, he’s so incredible and I’m happy he’s happy!

Charlie David, the narrator, did a brilliant job with the 3 books, the sexy times were 🔥 🥵.

Can’t wait to continue my re read and listen to the other two books.

This made me so happy! Halo and Viper 🖤

The third installment in the Fallen Angel series is all about Viper and Halo finally being together—strengthening their relationship, prioritizing themselves, and choosing their happiness.

And let me tell you… this one is very steamy 🔥

After his very public love confession, Viper is gone for Halo—and I loved seeing this side of him. He cannot keep his hands off him and turns into this incredibly perceptive, loving, protective (and yes, very possessive) boyfriend. He absolutely worships the ground Halo walks on and makes sure Halo feels how sorry he is for everything he said and did before. He really owns his mistakes, and I appreciated that a lot.

Halo, the bright, kind-hearted sunshine that he is, forgives him pretty quickly—and from there, their relationship just intensifies. Their connection feels stronger, deeper, and more grounded, while still keeping that explosive chemistry we’ve seen from the start.

I also really appreciated that this book—and the series in general—didn’t lean into the typical over-the-top rockstar drama. Instead, we get a more grounded approach: supportive bandmates, a loving family, and a public that doesn’t turn their lives into chaos. It was refreshing to see a rock romance that focuses more on the relationship than unnecessary drama.

That being said… one thing I did question a bit was how insanely famous and successful they are, yet there’s basically no security or bodyguards in sight 😅 But at the end of the day, it’s fiction—and I can live with that.

The spice? Definitely the steamiest of the trilogy and very fitting for where they are emotionally and physically as a couple.

And once again, the narration by Charlie David was fantastic. He brings so much emotion and nuance into his performance and really makes both characters come alive.

Final Thoughts on the Series:

Overall, this is a highly recommended series for anyone who loves MM romance with strong character development, great chemistry, and a satisfying emotional journey. I was genuinely entertained from beginning to end, and watching Halo and Viper grow—individually and as a couple—across the trilogy was incredibly rewarding.

That said, my one critique still stands: this trilogy could have easily been a duet—or even one longer book. With each installment being on the shorter side, it sometimes felt a bit stretched, especially considering you have to purchase each audiobook separately. And I have to say this too—because it does matter: with interconnected series like this, it’s not just about the time you invest, but also the money. When a story starts to feel padded rather than purposeful, it becomes noticeable.

Still, despite that, this series absolutely delivered on emotion, chemistry, and storytelling—and I’m really glad I picked it up 🖤

🎸 A Steamy, Satisfying Finale 🎸
