This book is a big step back.. The MC is quite an Idiot. The Progress is sloooow.. it feels like a filler.

There is a lot of stalling in this one. And if i hear the term "combat cards" again i probably get annoyed.
Also things are made up on the spot like "Magical weight" which never had been an issue, but now is as a patch because some things were making things too easy.

Boring and most unsatisfactory. The main character handles hundreds of cards but gets almost none. The cards he does get are almost useless or not used at all. We will likely read about the mind singer in the next few books as well

first book was great, second one was still good but not as good, this one is very weak in my opinion. there are too many logical errors, the strength of cards is so unbalanced. also MC is not very intelligent and very weak for all the legendary he and the dragon have. it's very sad I absolutely loved the first book! this one is hard to listen to.
