I was moved by guilt and the feeling I own my bosses something to work to much and when they complained about a mistake I didn‘t understand, „I put some much effort in, why does she complain now?“
This will be an ongoing path, now with more clarity and soon I will also change things in my life to really go the path which is healthy for me.
I recommend this book to everyone who wants to get more clarity about their addictions and co-dependency. Also to everybody who wants to know more about the relationship to their behaivors in the current situations where we find our selves and the past influences that we experienced and how we can recover from it.
It‘s incredible what we took from our past with mother and father and how we do those things still unconsciously.
