This book is a manual for the transformational and powerful workshop that Teza Zialcita had taught with her Akashic Records students. This workbook is about clearing our unconscious negative beliefs, thoughts, patterns, and conditioning that we inherited from our past lives, ancestors and DNA/RNA passed on from our past generations to our future generations to come.
